WASHINGTON TERRACE - Steven Dale Tribe. 36 died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 1990.

He was born June 6, 1954 in Philadelphia, Pa. a son of Dr. Dale Leland and Margaret Smith Tribe.

He married Lisa Burgle on Sept. 24, 1982 in Ogden. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple.

He had lived in Ogden most of his life. He attended the Ogden City Schools and graduated from Ogden High School. He attended Weber State College.

He was a member of the Washington Terrace 12th LDS Ward. At the time of his death he had been serving in the Elder's Quorum Presidency. He was also a home teacher.

He loved hunting, fishing and golf. He was a beloved father and enjoyed spending time with his family.

He had been a salesman for the Ogden Beauty Supply Company.

Surviving are his wife, two sons and one daughter, John J. Tribe, Matthew S. Tribe and Amanda Marie Tribe, all of Washington Terrace.

Also surviving are his parents of Ogden; his grandmother, Rose C. Tribe, Ogden: two brothers and one sister. Kelly S. Tribe and Craig S. Tribe, both of Ogden: Mrs. Paul (Julianne) Stromberg. Clinton.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Allan S. Tribe.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., with Bishop John G. Giles of the Washington Terrace 12th Ward officiating.

Family will meet friends at the mortuary on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday 10 to 10:45 a.m.

Interment, Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park.

The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a trust fund in his children's names at Valley Bank on Riverdale Road.
