Richard E. Tribe Sun, July 14, 2002 HENDERSON, NV - Richard E. Tribe passed away July 7, 2002. He was born June 8, 1928 in Ogden, Utah, a son of George V. Tribe and Ora Thorpe Tribe. He was in the automobile business for a number of years with his father until going to work as an airline pilot. He finished his 30-year career as Capt. with Northwest Airline, retiring in 1988. Richard was a graduate of South High School in Salt Lake City and attended Utah State University. He married Joanne Heiner in 1949; they were later divorced. He married Sandra Tyson in 1966; they were later divorced. He is survived by his sons, Stephen R. (Mary) Tribe, Colony, WY; Tim D. (Jennifer) Tribe, Phoenix, AZ; Brett H. Tribe, Sacramento, CA; daughter, Jana (Richard) Reitzell, Monterey, CA; and four grandchildren. He is also survived by one sister, Darlene T. (Brit) Keenan, Ogden, UT. Funeral services were held on Saturday in Las Vegas, NV. Burial will take place with graveside services on Monday, July 15, at 11 a.m. at Leavitt"s Aultorest Memorial Park, 836 36th St., Ogden.
