Zola Kirk Johnson

Zola Kirk Johnson, 72, of Leeds, Utah former resident of Lindon, died April 1, 1994 at her home in Leeds.

She was born September 12, 1921 in Lindon to William P. and Emma Caroline Harris Kirk. She married Earl H. Johnson October 2,1940 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He preceded her in death on July 30, 1986.

She attended schools in Lindon and Pleasant Grove. She was an active member of the LDS Church working primarily In the Relief Society and drama.

She enjoyed making quilts and giving them to her family, friends, and those in need.

She is survived by a daughter and two sons: Mrs. Thomas A. (Kay) Robinson Leeds, Utah; Larry E. Johnson and Lloyd H. Johnson, both of Orem; 12 grandchildren; one great~grandchild; a brother and a sister: Emma Kirk Davis and Alvin Kirk, both of Orem.

Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 500 South at 300 East, Pleasant Grove, where friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm. or Wednesday at the church one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Timpanogos Memorial Gardens, Orem.
