Earl H. Johnson

Earl H. Johnson 67, of Salem, died Wednesday, July 30, 1986 at his home.

He was born Aug. 31, 1918 in Lindon to Harold C. and Eva York Johnson. He married Zola Kirk Oct. 2, 1940 in the Salt Lake Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He was an active member of the LDS church He held the office of high priest. He had been an active temple worker.

He attended schools in Lindon and Pleasant Grove. He had been employed at Geneva Steel prior to his retirement and had also worked as a farmer.

Survivors include his wife of Salem; one daughter and two sons: Mrs. Thomas A. (Kay) Robinson, Salem; Larry E. Johnson and Lloyd H. Johnson, both of Orem, 12 grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters: Mrs. Clarence (Berniece) Kirkwood.
